Contract forecast notice for Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
The subject of the contract is twofold:

(1) a consultancy to establish the Eastern Caribbean Competition Commission including the design of the institutional structure, the development of the organisational budget and revenue generating mechanism, the enactment of the appropriate legislation to operationalise the Commission as well as the development and execution of a public sensitisation campaign within and among OECS Member States;

(2) the procurement of supplies for the establishment of the secretariat of the Eastern Caribbean Competition Commission.
