Acquisition description: Akaa is requesting a quote for the design and implementation of the city`s web service akaa.fi. The new online service must be accessible, mobile and electronica modern, user-friendly package that provides user-friendly content. It should be visually appealing, interesting and clear. Designing the visual appearance of the site is included in the project. The online service is intended to create a common service platform for the whole city. The online serviceun produce content Akas city officials, municipal companies and associations. The web service is implemented using the Drupal 8 publishing system (GPL 2 or later) based on the open source code of kuntaliitto.fi and developed for the needs of the cities that purchase the service.The developed code is distributed for free further use and development through the cooperation of kunta.fi. The event calendar of the web service is aimed at implementing the event calendar recommended by the Association of Municipalities based on open source and further developing this source code for Akas, if it ispossible. The developed code is distributed for free further use and development through the cooperation of kunta.fi. The main language of the service is Finnish, and some of the content is also provided in English. The implementation needs to take into account the possible need for more language versions. The aim is that Akaa.fThe i website is ready for release on 1.2.2020. It does not have to be endorsed then, and can continue to develop throughout February. Campaign pages do not need to be ready by the time they are published. Tenderers are invited to submit an implementation plan that will be specified at the outset of the projectin a kick-off meeting.
