Request for proposals are invited for Airport Limousine Services Subconcession at MIA
CAM expects that Bidders will present excellent proposals that offer outstanding customer service for airport passengers by providing a choice for executive and luxury transportation to fulfil the needs of passengers and airport users in MIA while generating good revenues. Bidders should be experienced, financially sound and able to provide high quality and reliable limousine services. The objectives for this RFP process are as follow:  To introduce high quality and reliable limousine services at MIA;  To provide a diversified transport service for airport passengers;  To enhance the comprehensive transportation choices available from the airport 24 hours a day 7 days a week to increase convenience for the passengers;  To offer passengers friendly and privileged service and enhance their experiences of utilizing MIA;  To optimize the non-aeronautical revenues at MIA. To be considered for participation, 1 (one) original and 5 (five) hard copies of proposals (“Original” or “Copy” to be labelled on the covers as appropriate) plus an electronic copy (in pdf format) with all information required by the RFP should be sent to the address below, in a SEALED and OPAQUE envelope or package, to arrive and be received by CAM no later than 12:00 noon (Macau local time) on 1 September 2021. The outside of the packages must clearly indicate the name of the project: “REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - PTB202101AL - AIRPORT LIMOUSINE SERVICES SUBCONCESSION AT MIA” with wordings “TO BE OPENED BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY”. The name and address of the Bidder must also be clearly printed on the outside of the packages.
