Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Aircraft Charter Services.
Legal entities, domestic Iraqi and foreign companies having experience of implementation of similar by nature

to the subject of the Tender projects and which are allowed, by the legislation of the Republic of Iraq and/or by

their country of registration, to perform works in the Republic of Iraq may participate in the Tender.

In order to be eligible to be awarded the Contract, the Bidders shall meet the following minimal qualification

criteria:

Confirmed acceptance of key terms and conditions (including payments) as set forth in the draft

contract by Company:

Confirmed capability to perform the full scope of work;

Confirmed availability of two aircraft for 4, 000; Second pilot: Commercial Pilot License/CPL (valid) and

Total flight experience in hours - 1, 000; Crew resource management, CRM (every 2 years); The

crew is trained and certified in category 1 or 2 instalment approach landing; Conformance of the

pilots and crew with English language proficiency requirement no less than ICAO Level 4; R/T

phraseology in English (passed once every 3 years));

Confirmed training for pilots in: (1) ACAS/TCAS warning signals response actions; (2) Ground

proximity detection methods, including TAWS/GPWS; (3) International airspace flight certification

per RVSM.MNPS or RNP; and (4) Certification of category 1 or 2 instrument approach landing;

Bidder is financially stable and capable to finance the Project;

Security plan generally complies with the requirements of GPNB Security Department

Companies interested in participating in above mentioned tender may obtain full set of Tender Documentation

after submission of a written application together with sufficient information confirming that the company meets

the minimum criteria set out above (submitted on the letterhead signed by an authorized person) and containing

full name of company, mail address, phone, fax, e-mail address, full name of contact person and his e-mail

address. Such applications shall be sent to Gazprom Neft Badra B.V. Contract and Procurement Department

by email to [email protected]. and received by 5 PM (UTC/GMT+3:00) on April 05, 2017. The

Tender Documentation shall be sent by e-mail without any responsibility for loss or late arrival after submission.
