Products or services: Cisplatin, Busulfan, Fludarabine phosphate That, the Hospital del Salvador needs to have an AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLY OF G-5 ONCOLOGICAL MEDICATIONS IN CASE OF NON-DISPLAY OF CENABAST FOR THE HOSPITAL DEL SALVADOR FOR 36 MONTHS with the purpose of adequately and efficiently satisfying the care work during a period of 36 months. That, the hospital must implement “Complementary Measures” to ensure the supply of medications intermediated by CENABAST, before the repeated stock shortages and non-compliance resulting from its suppliers; That, for the determined amount, this tender is located in the section for contracts of those equal to or greater than 1, 000 UTM and less than 5, 000 UTM, in accordance to Article 36 of the Regulations of Law No. 19, 886, given that therapies cannot be interrupted due to the adverse effects they generate.
