That, the hospital must implement “Complementary Measures” to ensure the supply of medications intermediated by CENABAST, in the face of repeated stock shortages and non-compliance arising from its suppliers; That, for the determined amount, this tender is located in the section for contracts of those equal to or greater than 1, 000 UTM and less than 5, 000 UTM, in accordance with Article 36 of the Regulations of Law No. 19, 886, given that therapies cannot be interrupted due to the adverse effects they generate.
