characteristics of the Macau Special Administrative Region (“Macau”) market. Bidders should
be experienced, financially sound and able to create unique advertising services for passenger
experience. The objectives for this RFP process are the following:
To create a positive environment and experience to passengers at MIA;
To design, construct, develop, promote, deal and manage advertising displays & formats,
sales and marketing of advertisement to be placed;
To optimize the non-aeronautical revenues of MIA.
