INVITATION TO BID
1. The Province of Cebu, through the General Fund-Proper intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php4, 900, 000.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of 5 units FLATBED DRYER, to be distributed to identified farmers association in support to the FAITH Program under Advertisement No. 26-077. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Cebu through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
