The object of the acquisition is Adobe's distribution and management service of user rights in accordance with the contract to be concluded. In the distribution and management service, the Supplier offers distribution channels for Adobe software products and other services in accordance with the contract to the Subscriber based on the purchase programs used by the Subscriber and its Customers. The administrative and educational VIP Marketplace purchase programs (GOV and EDU) are in use. The subscriber has the right to choose and change the purchase program during the contract period, if deemed necessary. The supplier undertakes to resell usage rights with the purchase programs chosen by the Subscriber, which can be agreed upon during the term of the contract so that the purchase program starts before the end of the contract. The supplier is required to have Adobe Platinum or at least Gold Certified Reseller status and the right to resell products to GOV and EDU customer groups. The subscriber is currently using software licenses belonging to Adobe's VIP Marketplace purchase program, so Special knowledge of the VIP Marketplace purchase program is also the basic requirement related to the object of procurement. The validity of the usage rights is coming to an end on March 17, 2026 for the administrative side and on June 7, 2026 for the EDU side, which is why the Subscriber is bidding for a new reseller for the usage rights for Adobe products.
