TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab is preparing a tender for the procurement of overall services for the rental of indoor air purifiers for the needs of TeeSe Botnia Oy and its owner communities. The goal is to create a framework arrangement for more services with the service provider for an indefinite contract period starting in May 2026 (estimate). The procurement concerns indoor air cleaning devices delivered as a complete service and other related repair, maintenance and upkeep services. The goal of the competition is to create a framework arrangement with three (3) suppliers for air purifiers to be rented for spaces in different uses, such as schools, kindergartens and offices. For bidding in advance and later in the contract period the participating TeeSe owner communities acquire equipment according to their needs in accordance with the operating model presented in the request for tenders and its appendices. Indoor air purifiers are rented to the premises of owner associations committed to using the contracts delivered, installed, programmed and put into working condition. The devices seek a temporary solution to manage indoor air problems, and air purifiers must be intended to solve indoor air problems. All deliverables during the contract period the devices must have new unused air cleaners or, if they have been in use, the cleaners have been serviced and cleaned so that they correspond to new devices.
