The city of Espoo (later also the Subscriber or Customer) requests offers for the purchase of the Shared Vehicle Management Tool. The object of the acquisition is the shared vehicle management tool as a SaaS software service, the application's support and maintenance services, implementation and adaptation to Espoo as well as further development and consulting services of the system in accordance with the needs of the city of Espoo. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 of the request for tenders. "Description of the object of procurement". The expected total value of the acquisition for four years without VAT is €240, 000. The city of Espoo selects one (1) supplier and one (1) deputy supplier based on the competition.
