TOWNSHIP RANGE: Sections 8 & 17, Township 13 North, Range 9 East, Umiat Meridian, approximately as shown on Attachment A. AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department has authorized issuance of a public utility easement for construction, maintenance, and survey of a powerline along the new access road to the U.S. Air Force Oliktok Long Range Radar Site.
