Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 (three) years.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organization shall be at least one (1) contract of gas pipeline leakage detection work or survey/ coating defect identification survey or work/ gas leakage repair work/ gas transmission or distribution pipeline shifting/ gas transmission or distribution pipeline construction, successfully completed within the last Seven (7) years, with a contract value of not less than Tk 4, 000, 000/- (Taka Fourty Lakh). The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 7, 500, 000/= (Seventy Five Lakh) over the last 5 (Five) financial years or best 5 (Five) years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderers shall be Tk 4000000/= (Forty Lakh).The minimum Tender Capacity BDT 5, 000, 000/= (Fifty Lakh).Tender Security BDT 150, 000/= (One Lakh Fifety Thousand).Tender Validity 120 Days.Duration 06 (Six) months.All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the tender documents.
