The successful tenderer is responsible for operating a vehicle fleet in accordance with the schedule that is part of the draft contract. Description of Fleet Services The Contractor is responsible for the availability, repair, maintenance and management fulfill related technical, financial and administrative services. New purchasing vehicles are the customer's fleet of personal and small-loving vehicle, which is subject to the following services and fees, subject to the services and fees already written in the contract: 1) Casco insurance premium, which must be determined uniformly 10%for each vehicle but at least HUF 100, 000; 2) administration and continuous monitoring of insurance events; 3) Affairs to achieve as much as possible conditions both for insurance premiums and 4) taxes on the damage arrangements; 5) Preparation of monthly reports that meet the customer's needs (eg reporting cumulative service and other costs in electronic form, possibly Excel); 6) Provision of a replacement vehicle, any service exceeding 24 hours, Maintenance, repair.
