acquisition of vaccine distribution service 1. Description of distributor service: Bidder's responsibilities within the scope of the distributor contract: 18/1998 on epidemiological measures necessary for the prevention of infectious diseases and epidemics. (VI. 3.) NM Decree § 16 (4) c. already acquired and available by the contracting authority, as well as to be acquired, but not yet available to the contracting authority, and also acquired for other epidemiological preparations not included in the regulation, or provision of distribution and additional services related to vaccines to be procured but not yet available to the contracting authority. Under distribution service, at the disposal of the contracting authority, already procured and to be procured, but still at its disposal non-permanent vaccines by ensuring a continuous +2-8°C cold chain during the contract period, and accompanying products belonging to vaccines that do not require refrigeration (for syringes, needles, vaccination booklets, vaccine-related or vaccination documentation) to the addresses specified in Annex No. 4 of the technical description (119 addresses, minimal address changes are possible) as well as the provision of additional services related to these. The distribution service includes a justified by the epidemiological situation, to be used in the event of a risk of disease, vaccines that have already been procured and those to be procured but not yet available are kept at -90 - (-15) °C for the duration of the contract...
