Tender are invited for acquisition of two stations of measurements of h2o flows and co2 in the atmosphere

supply, delivery and guarantee of two h2o and co2 flux measurement stations made up of a set of sensors on behalf of the institute of geosciences and the environment (ige)

lot information:
lot n1:
acquisition of a gas analyzer for the measurement of h2o and co2 flow, destined to be installed in niger. The climatic conditions with violent wind regimes charged with dust impose a system of sensors with gas analyzer which disturbs the least possible flow and with the minimum of impact on the measurement by the sonic anemometer of the 3 components of the wind and of their variance (separation of 2 sensors)
lot n2:
acquisition of a h2o and co2 flux measurement system by eddy covariance, realized by the combination of two sensors, the first of the "sonic anemometer" type and the second of the "h2o and co2 gas analyzer" type, intended for to be installed in benin. The relatively low annual sunshine of the measurement site imposes to provide the station, powered by solar panel, a low consumption system less than or equal to 5 watt.
