The National Energy Control Center, hereinafter "Cenace", requires the acquisition of a three-phase dual source power system simulator for testing protection relays that allows operational tests to be carried out in a stable state. Intelligent Electronic Devices (dei) That Integrate Remedial Action Schemes (ear), System Protection Equipment (eps), Wide Area Protection Schemes (epaa) and Phasor Measurement Units (pmu) to ensure correct Operation of the Ear, Eps, EPAA and PMU designed by Cenace and instructed to the different users of the National Electrical System (sen) for their installation and commissioning for the benefit of the operational security of the Sen.
