THIS PROCESS WILL BE GOVERNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS ESTABLISHED IN THE DECREE WITH RANK, VALUE AND FORCE OF CONTRACTING LAW.PUBLIC SOURCES (DLCP) AND ITS REGULATIONS.
