In the preparation of your quote, please use and fill in the attached form as Annex 2. Your quote must be submitted until September 20, 2018 until the02:00 p.m. Official time of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela through the email: licitaciones.ven@undp.org The quotes submitted by email will be limited to a maximum of 8 MB, in virus-free files and in a number of shipments not exceeding 4 emails The files will be free of any type of virus or damaged file; if it's notthus, they will be rejected. It will be your responsibility to make sure that your quotation arrives at the aforementioned address on or before the deadline. Contributions received at UNDP after the indicated period, for any reason, will not be taken into consideration for evaluation purposes.
