Published on: 2026-05-11 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-06-01 Subject: The contract concerns the following services: ACQUISITION, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE GPMB MARITIME TRAFFIC MONITORING INFORMATION SYSTEM (VTMIS VESSEL TRAFFIC MONITORING AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS) Navigation monitoring on the Gironde Estuary is ensured by the Harbor Master's Office using the Vessel Traffic System (VTS). This VTS is made up of two coastal radars installed in Verdon and Palmyre, operating software (today the SYTAR tool), a VHF communication system. These devices are more than 20 years old. It is supplemented by AIS equipment which makes it possible to retrieve the declared position of vessels and their speed. Faced with issues of technological obsolescence, increased threats of intrusion and malicious intent, increased damage to berths without witnesses, it is essential to modernize these installations and complete their functionalities with the addition of cameras and new technologies such as VDES (evolution of AIS).
