Acquisition of full power of attorney financial management The object of the procurement is a full power of attorney asset management service, which must meet the requirements specified in the procurement documents of the State Nuclear Waste Management Fund (VYR). To be tendered by the State Nuclear Waste Management Fund the euro amount of assets covered by the tender is approximately 810 million euros. Three asset managers are being sought through a tender to manage this asset tranche. In the procurement procedure, bids must be submitted as an attachment to the request for bids responsible investment of the asset manager section of the investment plan and its annex in the State nuclear waste management fund and in accordance with the principles of owner guidance related to VYR's investment activities. About the start-up phase measures and the procedures are negotiated separately with the service providers when concluding the contract, in which case the contract with the selected fund managers defines the period within which the agreed investment plan is to be followed and how the funds are transferred and allocated. VYR's goal is to ensure high-quality, responsible and competitive asset management of the capital given to the asset management service in accordance with the investment plan. Service providers are required to comply with the UN's principles of responsible investment approval, and VYR requires asset managers to implement responsible investing in investment processes and reporting.
