Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the tender is to acquire, install and put into use an electric hybrid cooling system with a high degree of purity used by the Environment Agency in monitoring environmental radiation and in the national radiation early warning system for cooling germanium detectors (HPGe). The cooling system provided must be fully compatible with the vendor's existing gamma spectrometry systems based on CANBERRA High Purity Germanium (HPGe) detectors, including BEGe and SEGe types with detectors.
