Acquisition of earthmoving machinery under leasing For Alföldvíz Zrt., the purchase of 2 + 1 option, trencher-loader earthmoving machines of the same make and type (hereinafter: earthmoving machines) within the framework of a closed-end financial lease. Earthmoving machines are responsible and the requirements specified in the technical description. It is only possible to offer a new earthmoving machine (a new earthmoving machine is defined as an earthmoving machine that has not been placed on the market either in Hungary or abroad, and a maximum of 50 has operating hours). Financing scheme: Leasing scheme: - financing: closed-ended financial leasing, with equal capital repayment. Term: 60 months from the date of taking possession of the Leased Object (vehicle). Date of handover (handover): No later than 120 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, taking into account the quality evaluation criteria. Financing currency: HUF. Deductible: net machine value 20% + machine value total VAT The Winning Bidder will be responsible for: - the placing vehicles on the market and transporting them; - delivery of the requested accessories - instruction on operation and use, for a minimum duration of 4 hours in Hungarian Mandatory guarantee: completion of the successful handover procedure for all vehicles a total of 36 calendar months from the first day following, up to 3, 000 operating hours.
