EAU d'AZUR wishes to implement a computer-assisted maintenance management tool (CMMS) with the aim of having visibility and efficient management of the maintenance of the operating fleet.
This tool must be hosted on the EAU d'AZUR servers and cover the following scope :
- drinking water works,
- sanitation works.
The main expected features are:
- Monitoring the costs of maintenance activity,
- Establishment of a renewal plan,
- Equipment management,
- Stakeholder management,
- Management and scheduling of interventions,
- Document management,
- Management of stock, supplies and purchases,
- Mass processing,
- Management of maintenance activity with reporting tool and dashboards,
- Mobility tool with QR code identification,
- Interfacing with supervision via the data warehouse,
- Interfacing with the GIS cartographic tool (ESRI),
- Interfacing with the FET application (HR timetable application, currently being replaced by ELAP's BURDIE software),
- Interfacing with control offices,
- Interfacing with the shared repository (meters, motorized valves, etc.).
