Acquisition of consultancy services to support the further development of a product-oriented and agile organisation
The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a contract for the purchase of consulting services that can contribute to our work in strengthening the Norwegian Food Safety Authority's ability to work flexibly, interdisciplinary and value-oriented throughout the organization. The purpose is to contribute to the business: strengthening its agile maturity establishing and further developing effective empowered teams improving the flow from need to delivered value strengthening continuous learning and improvement developing managers and employees in agile management and working style reducing unnecessary dependencies, bottlenecks and coordination get a better connection between the company's goals, priorities and the teams' work builds internal competence so that the company becomes self-reliant to the greatest extent possible over time. A central aim of the assignment is learning and competence building in the organisation through active transfer of knowledge and experience from the consultant to our employees. The consultant will primarily contribute to permanent competence building and the development of the business's working methods. The assignment should therefore not be limited to introducing or following up individual agile methods or frameworks. We are looking for a consultant who is able to see the connection between people, teams, management, organisation, management and value creation in a flexible perspective.
