Tender Details

The subject of the performance of the public contract is the acquisition of vehicles in the form of operational leasing for a period of 36 months with the possibility of subsequent purchase, namely for three (3) identical personal seven- to eight-seater vehicles of category M1. Drive type plug-in hybrid. Services resulting from Annex No. 10 will also be part of the performance Business terms and conditions (binding document), i.e. insurance and other related services such as insurance claim processing, vehicle service, tire service, non-stop assistance service, highway tolls, radio fee and service vehicle.

Vehicles must meet the requirements of the definition of the new transport mediumEd. A new means of transport / a new vehicle is a newly manufactured vehicle that has not yet been registered in the Czech Republic or in another country, with the exception of trial or demonstration purposes, in which case the registration period must not exceed 6 months (it was delivered 6 months from the date of first putting it into servicezu) and at the same time must not have traveled more than 6, 000 km.

Subject to fulfillment are vehicles that have a valid declaration of conformity showing vehicle type approval including alternative drive.

The subject of fulfillment is a Plug-in electric hybrid (PHEV), i.e. A vehicle with multiple power units that dispit is powered by an electric drive and can be recharged from an external source of electricity.

Term of delivery of performance (cars) for the operational leasing service max. up to: 9 calendar months from the written request of the contracting authority to start performance of the subject of the procurement procedure
