Tenders are invited for Acquisition and Installation of Extractors in the Maunabo Tunnel

Description:

The Board of Auctions of the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority will receive proposals in closed sheets for the Formal Auction Number C-20-13, Acquisition and Installation of Extractors in the Maunabo Tunnel. Tenderers must submit their proposals in the Auction Hall, located in the Roberto Sánchez Vilella Government Center, (formerly Minillas), South Building, Eleventh Floor, Diego Avenue, Stop 22, Santurce, Puerto Rico, on or before 2 : 00 pm (Puerto Rico time) on January 29, 2020, the date and time of which will be opened publicly and read aloud. A presupport meeting will be held on January 15, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Auction Hall and attendance is not mandatory, but highly recommended. The necessary information, as well as specifications and proposal models can be obtained at the Authority's Auction Office, located on the Eleventh Floor, Suite 1103 of the mentioned building, telephone (787) 721-8787 extensions 1130 and 1129, from the date of publication of this notice up to two (2) working days before the date set for the opening of the documents by means of a non-refundable payment of twenty-five dollars ($ 25.00). Said payment must be made in cash, money order, Visa or Master Card credit cards, or ATH debit card at the Authority Treasurer's Office, Floor 7. The payment receipt must have the exact name of the company that will present the tender or else it will be rejected. All proposals must be accompanied by a provisional bond (Bid Bond), certified check or money order, equivalent to five percent (5%) of the proposal and subject to the conditions of the auction, in the name of the Highway and Transportation Authority. It must include a current copy of the certification of the Bidder Registry of the General Services Administration
