ACCS plant control SCADA system serv. Business contract, during which the contractor is responsible for hardware and software maintenance, repair tasks and engineering services related to the ACCS SCADA system. The supplier of the system: • 24/7 provides availability for the operation of the system, continuously monitors the system status, and quickly intervenes in the event of malfunctions affecting the SCADA system in order to maintain continuous operation. • Error messages receives from the Tenderer's dedicated staff, on the basis of which the system errors can be repaired as soon as possible. Within the scope of the business contract, the Contractor's task is to maintain and repair the hardware and software related to the ACCS SCADA system performing tasks and engineering services. Planned services performed during normal working hours: Maintenance of hardware elements Maintenance of software applications Database maintenance (alphanumeric and image database) System administration System error analysis Engineering service, consulting Services provided 24 hours a day: Troubleshooting of critical elements Immediate availability, hot-line telephone troubleshooting and consulting service in Hungarian.
