Tender Details

The assignment consists of four parts. The tender guidelines contain a general description of these components. When defining the assignment, a general outline of what MBO Utrecht expects is described. The accounting work must be completed annually culminating in a report for accountability to the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science. MBO Utrecht expects the tenderer to use modern technologies, including data analysis and where appropriate artificial intelligence, to support the audit work. The use of these technologies should contribute to efficient and high-quality execution of the assignment. Any benefits in terms of efficiency, lead time or quality are discussed in the context of the annual evaluation of services. No separate result obligations or quantitative performance standards are attached to the use of technology.
