Description : Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation Ltd, hereinafter referred to as NRK, invites to a technical market dialogue. NRK has initiated a procurement process aimed at improving and modernizing our audiovisual accessibility systems. Especially for broadcasting, on-demand and web distribution of SDH and OPN subtitles, spoken subtitles, audio description and sign language translation. This includes administration, production, distribution and quality assurance for TV productions. In addition to the required mandatory functionality, NRK wants to improve usability, standardization, integration and modularity.

Our goal with this dialogue is to provide an overview of today''s landscape of accessibility system technology that may be suitable to meet our needs today and in the future.
