Acceptance and removal of hazardous waste Conclusion of a framework agreement for the acceptance of hazardous waste generated at Polgári Erőmű Kft. (HAK 10 01 18 * waste containing hazardous substances from gas cleaning, fly ash from flue gas cleaning), for direct transfer from storage silos to Big-Bag or equivalent bags, then for loading the bags into a transport container, placing the transport container on a transport vehicle, transporting it by road, and depositing hazardous waste in a storage facility. The planned amount of waste to be transported: 1, 500, 000 +- 30% kg of filter ash / year, from which the Bidder undertakes to deliver 1, 050, 000 kg of filter ash. The expected transport capacity requirement: minimum 15, 000 kg/designed delivery / occasion, (based on a specific case order). The task of the successful tenderer is to dispose of hazardous waste material produced in the flue gas cleaning equipment belonging to the boiler of Polgári Erőmű Kft. and delivered by the Customer within the frame contract. 20/2006 on waste disposal and certain rules and conditions related to waste disposal.
