Subject of the order The subject of the current public procurement is "Consultancy service for building capacity and expanding the expertise of the Nuclear Regulatory Agency to meet the challenges in approving a project of a nuclear power plant with AP 1000 technology and in regulation of activities in the process of its construction". The service should be performed in accordance with the requirements described in the documentation and announcement for this public procurement. The public procurement includes the following two separate items: 1.1. Separated position number 1 Analysis of the competences of the Nuclear Regulatory Agency (NRA) and expanding the expertise of the staff 1.2. Designated item #2 Development of regulatory manuals and internal rules of NRA The participant can submit a bid for one or for all separate positions. Note: It is not allowed to present variants in the offers. 2. Legal basis for opening the procedure On the basis of Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code and in connection with Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, b.
