1. The City Government of Dumaguete of Negros Oriental, through Source of Fund: Responsibility Center: 1061-200 / Account Code: 5-02-03-990-1 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 2, 320, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Job Order One (1) Lot Fabrication of 80 units Canopies for General Services Office use. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Dumaguete of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by the End-user within 60 Working Days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
