78045 E2026 RA KRE KRF Flow cytometer The client invites a competition for the acquisition of a spectral flow cytometer for the Radium Hospital, the Cancer Clinic, the Institute for Cancer Research, the Department of Cancer Immunology. The instrument will be used for advanced immunophenotyping, cellular characterization and functional analyzes using both cell lines and various primary cells from, among other things, healthy donors and patient material. The instrument is to be used in daily operations at a department with approximately 30 employees with varying level of expertise in flow cytometry, working across several projects. Daily use must be expected through working days of 8 hours, with periods of extended operation beyond this. This places high demands on the robustness of the instrument, reliability, ease of use, degree of automated workflows and low maintenance requirements.
