The unit must maintain a rated capacity of 10, 000 pounds with a minimum lift height of 75 feet and a maximum load capacity at maximum reach of no less than 2, 000 pounds. To ensure operational stability, the machine must have an operating weight of 43, 000 pounds or greater and be equipped with foam-filled tires. For operator endurance and effectiveness in northern climates, the vehicle shall include an enclosed cab with integrated heat and air conditioning, an engine block heater, an adjustable suspension seat with armrests, and a tilt steering wheel.
