This acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis with EATON AEROSPACE LLC, per FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure.

Award of firm-fixed price supply type contract is anticipated.
