Tender Details

The project comprises the design, construction and completion of 41 new homes of mixed tenure. The works include all site preparation, surveys, services, roadways, drainage, off site works, hard and soft landscaping and all associated works. It is to be noted that the site sits within the Dartmoor National Park. The works will include provision of: • New electricity supply including substation • New private pumped drainage to discharge to public sewer off site • New surface water drainage crossing third party land (for which an easement is being created) and Dousland Road to access discharge point in waterway • Private roadways built to adoptable standards and connection to highway • Heating by Air Source Heat Pumps • Electric Vehicle Car Charging • Basic Radon Measures (based on current radon mapping) • Archaeology working methods approved by the National Park Authority due to potential features identified in geophysical surveys.
