SECTION I: OVERVIEW
The 38th Rescue Squadron (38 RQS) requires a contracted company to manufacture a custom-built, enclosed bumper-pull trailer. This trailer will be utilized to support dive operations in remote, off-grid locations. The structural integrity and layout must be capable of carrying a minimum of 3, 000 lbs of support equipment, withstanding water exposure, and accommodating extensive electrical demands.
Supported Equipment Load: The contractor does not need to supply the equipment below, but the trailer must be able to support the load of the following equipment.

Two (2) air compressors
Various dive weights and clumps
Underwater (U/W) search equipment
Dive maintenance tools
