The purchased devices and reagents are used for almost all autoimmune serological assays in Varha. Allergen tests are also performed with the device. The device to be purchased must be suitable for both autoimmune serological assays and for allergen tests. The requirements for the selection of allergen tests for the device to be purchased must take into account group-level allergens, individual allergens and component-level breakdown tests of different allergens. The device must have all allergy diagnostic tests (allergen extracts, allergen components and allergen mixtures). the test selection for allergy diagnostics must include research packages that perform two- and three-step tests reflex tests. Acquired the device's reflex tests must be processed automatically in the intermediate data program. Method-specific reagents must be available for the purchased device. Calibrations are done by isotype (IgG, IgA, IgM antibodies and specific IgE antibodies), thanks to which method-specific calibrations are performed for studies, and test-specific calibration reagents are not needed.
