Tender Details

The Federal Financial Control is stored by the revision of the annual invoices 2024-2027 of the four research institutions of the ETH area (PSI, WSL, Empa, Eawag). Each leads to its own bill. The ERP system SAP is operated by an external provider. Three institutions use the same SAP system; PSI uses SAP S/4HANA. An ISAE 3402 Type 2 Report is created by a third annually by examining the general IT controls. In essence, the following tasks at each of the institutions: checking the annual accounts and consolidation sets, checking the existence of an internal control system, checking the situation reports for contradictions, Review of the implementation of an appropriate risk management. For each institution, an intermediate and a final revision must be planned, and two institutions also work to check the property accounting.
