The subject of the order covers the following scope: - delivery of the subject of the order to the headquarters of the ordering party - installation and commissioning of the supplied apparatus/equipment (if applicable), - training of the ordering staff in the field of operation and cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of the delivered item of order, - providing the required documents (in accordance with the provisions of the contract). A detailed description of the subject of the order is indicated in Annex No. 2 - Technical parameters. The ordering party demands that it be delivered the subject of the order met the requirements specified in the Act of April 7, 2022. on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended) and other requirements indicated in other applicable special provisions and standards relating to the subject of the order and met the minimum requirements specified in the SWZ. The contractor should have documents confirming the above and is obliged to provide them to the ordering party at any request and at any time - if applicable. The Ordering Party demands that the subject of the order be new, free from physical and legal defects and factory packed, manufactured no earlier than 2025. The Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions. An equivalent solution should be understood as the use of a parameter other than the one described, while maintaining the parameters technical, quality, utility or functional conditions referred to in the SWZ.
