1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (Davao City District Engineering Office), through
the GAA 2021 intends to apply the sum of Php 1, 998, 391.50 being the ABC to payments under
the contract for 21GLB0157 (PR No. 07-140-2022). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Public Works and Highways (Davao City District Engineering Office) now invites
bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 CD. Bidders should
have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract
