the GAA 2021 intends to apply the sum of Php 1, 998, 391.50 being the ABC to payments under
the contract for 21GLB0156 (PR No. 07-139-2022). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Public Works and Highways (Davao City District Engineering Office) now invites
