2026/26: Agreement on licenses and license management The Norwegian Patent and Trademark Office, hereinafter referred to as the Client, wants an offer for an agreement on licenses and license management. The scope includes entering into a multi-year agreement on the rental of software licenses and license subscriptions, as well as Software Asset Management (SAM) services. The SAM services include ongoing management and monitoring of the Norwegian Patent Office's license portfolio, including periodic reporting. The agreement will cover the Norwegian Patent Office's ongoing need for licenses from suppliers such as Microsoft, Adobe, Citrix and VMware. Contract standard SSA-L is used for the agreement. In addition, the agreement allows for the purchase of a limited range of cloud services as needed. An agreement must be entered into with a supplier. Reference is made to appendix 1 for a more detailed description of the need and as well as requirements for the delivery.
