Detailed_Description : Become a Performance Marketing Services preferred vendor.Centralized Supply Chain Ontario (operating as Supply Ontario) seeks expert vendors to provide performance marketing services on a Vendor of Record (VOR) basis.Candidates will have the opportunity to work with public sector clients to provide a fully integrated suite of related services in digital marketing, database marketing and insights, and data products to help maximize acquisition, retention, and business growth.Performance marketing relies on, and is directed by, insights across eCommerce, user acquisition and lead generation; consequently, public sector clients endeavour to deploy online marketing programs that are entirely scalable and sustainable, save time and money, improve results and generate metrics to shape future strategy.Ontario will source leading-edge vendors to deliver technology enabled marketing effective in achieving goals (e.g., revenue, behavioural change, broadened interest, and increased awareness and engagement.)This new VOR will equip public sector marketers with the right data for customer prospecting, and to optimize digital performance, website usability, content, architecture, and conversion strategies, plus more.Only Preferred Vendors will be invited to compete for available projects.Apply here to join the Performance Marketing Services VOR for contracts valued at $30, 300 or more.
Scope of Work : Scope of Work HighlightsVendors may independently, or in partnership, offer expertise, and technology-enabled solutions in one or more Performance Marketing Services areas, notably, but not limited to:• Search engine optimization (SEO)• Website design and optimization (digital performance, usability, content, architecture, conversion strategies; landing and lead-generation pages: creative / design, updates)• Link building• Pay per click (PPC)• Social media marketing (Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.)• Subscription centre and subscriber / data model (technical design, creative, deployment, updates)• E-mail marketing (creative, design, illustration, gif animation, copywriting, html development)• E-commerce web design• Content writing• Data access (online, offline, digital)• Conversion rate optimization• Cross-channel campaigns (technical design, implementation; audience query, selection; DataSource implementation; campaign updates, maintenance; scheduling, deployment; analytics)• Campaign automation (technical design, implementation, updates, maintenance)Client Services Required• Project Management to meet requirements such as client services and project oversight; software; quality control; allocation of assignments, staffing (e.g. specialists); scheduling; approvals; and, other processes and reports as needed.• Proven Financial Management processes for estimates, invoices, and approvals; tracking software; and commitment to excellence in flawless execution while delivering results efficiently.
