Invitation to Bid for the REHABILITATION OF MARKET FOOD COURT INTERIOR (COCA-COLA FOOD COURT) AT SUBA, BANTAYAN, CEBU
1. The Municipality of Bantayan, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos & 00/100 (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION OF MARKET FOOD COURT INTERIOR (COCA-COLA FOOD COURT) AT SUBA, BANTAYAN, CEBU / 2025-100-09-0376. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Bantayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) days after receipt of PO/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
