Description : The purpose of this RFP is to procure consultancy services to develop and populate a price benchmarking tool which updates and enhances the Arab Regulators Network of Telecommunications and Information Technologies AREGNET price benchmarking tools and other deliverables developed previously. The objective is to procure appropriate consultancy services to relevant Price Benchmarking for the year 2022. The study is commissioned by the Authority on behalf of the AREGNET members and will be shared with these members. The successful Tenderer must meet the purpose of this RFP in accordance with the deliverables in this Section.
