1. The subject of the order is: Delivery of simulators and trainers for the Medical Simulation Center of the Medical University of Warsaw. Silesian Piasts in Wrocław. The subject of the order was divided into 5 (five) parts, assessed separately: Part 1 - Full-form simulators for adults and children, Part 2 - High-fidelity ultrasound simulator, Part 3 - Adult evacuation phantoms, Part 4 - Drainage and decompression phantoms, Part 5 - Monitor, defibrillator, ventilator simulators. 2. Subject the order was described in detail in the Technical Information Sheet (Annex No. 2, parts 1 - 5 to the SWZ). The Ordering Party requires that the offered products meet the requirements contained in the Technical Information Sheet.
