The project consists of two From a 3-story apartment building. The buildings were designed by architect Matti Hakur and completed in 1960-1961. The site was last extensively renovated in 2000-2001. The buildings have a total of 205 apartments. A building permit is being applied for the work, and the permit application has been started before the publication of the call for tenders. The site is demanding and its implementation requires special skills and experience. The work is carried out in a populated area.
