CLOUD HOSTING SUBSCRIPTION
1. PURPOSE
SRA intends to procure a Cloud Hosting Subscription to provide secure, reliable, and scalable hosting for its systems, applications, and data.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Cloud Service Provider shall provide a cloud hosting environment with the necessary compute, storage, network, security, and support services to ensure continuous system operation of SRA.
The scope shall also include migration assistance from the existing environment to the new cloud hosting platform.
3. MIGRATION ASSISTANCE
The Cloud Service Provider shall provide basic migration assistance, which includes:
• Support for the migration of existing websites, applications, databases, and email services (if applicable)
• Assistance in data transfer to the new cloud environment
• Coordination with the Agency-s technical team during migration
• Ensuring minimal service downtime during the migration process
